My daughter made this amazing dessert for me today, which is a big deal because I am fairly new to being gluten free and vegan. Since my doctor sentenced me to a life of joyless eating, I have had to watch as my family devours all the sweets she churns out on an almost daily basis. This dish gives me hope that there might be some joy in being a gluten free vegan after all.
I hate having to scroll through twenty paragraphs to get to a recipe, so I’m just going to get straight to the recipe.
