We are packing up to go on vacation, so this post is going to be short and sweet. I am very grateful that I will have Aaptiv with me on vacation, otherwise, I know I would not exercise at all.
Sweaty 15 is an advanced, full-body workout that delivers an all over butt kicking in minimal time.
Here is a list of just some of the exercises we did:
Burpees with push ups
Jump squats with a 180 spin- so much fun!
Supermans with pauses
This workout stayed true to its description and delivered some cardio and sweat. I REALLY enjoyed Ray a lot, though he said “ass” twice. I realize most people won’t mind that, but I’m throwing it out there in case you are like me and keep things G-rated. Luckily, my littles didn’t notice.
By the end of the 25 minutes, I really didn’t think I would be able to finish the forearm planks. It was killing me to do the side to side movements, but Ray was so encouraging that I made it through.
I plan on doing this class again. It will be perfect for a hotel room, but I will need to throw something on the floor because hotels rooms floors give me the heebie-jeebies. If it isn’t too cold, I could even do this one on the balcony.
