I’m writing today’s review early because six people in one hotel room (even with plenty of beds) makes for a really hard time concentrating.
Today we have a super quick HIIT (high intensity interval training) class with Meghan that uses body weight only and can be done in a small space with no equipment.
You can work up a sweat quickly with Metabolic Conditioning even though it is a beginner workout. Meghan is always fun to workout with. She has a ton of energy and it is contagious.
She is on Instagram if you want even more inspiration. She is always doing something impressive. Don’t forget, that Aaptiv trainers can be messaged through the app and also on Instagram. If you have questions or comments, you can always reach out to them.
Aaptiv is great for travel! There is no preparation required. Just open the app and choose the class that sounds fun to you. There truly are no excuses. If you want to be healthy, you gotta go get it.
