I worked out on the with Ackeem today, and it was highly unpleasant in the best way possible.
One of the reasons that Ackeem is such a great instructor is because you can hear the calm in his voice. He is encouraging and motivating, but sounds completely chill at all times. He doesn’t use too many words, but what he says is always worth listening to.
The music on this workout was a throw back to my younger years with Kris Kross and Cypress Hill. I seriously enjoyed the music.
Crank up the Incline did not disappoint. Sweat off 260 calories in about 20 minutes and get a killer leg workout. You will change speed and incline every couple of minutes, so just when you think you can’t take anymore, you move on to the next level. I have a feeling my legs will be sore tomorrow.
