Today I did Arm AMRAP with Rochelle. In this case, AMRAP means as many rounds as possible. I have also heard it as reps instead of rounds.
So when Rochelle explained that we would be repeating the following round until our time was up, I thought to myself, “weak sauce.”
5 tricep dips
10 bicep curls
20 shoulder taps
That sounds easy right? Well, it was the first time. The second time wasn’t that bad either, but there are no rests in AMRAP. By the end of this workout, I had nothing left to give. Zilch. My arms were totally spent.
So I am giving Arms AMRAP five stars and saving it to favorites. 20 minutes, and I could see my muscles in the mirror after = WIN.
