This is Day 21 of my 30 day Aaptiv review.

When I first started this review, I read several reviews that stated the music was too loud to hear the instruction.
For all the workouts I have done, there have been many more that I have previewed. I have probably listened to at least the intro of about 60 workouts.
I can say with 100% honesty that I have not had that problem until tonight. I attempted to do this Full Body Tabata workout, but was unable to because I was having to work too hard to hear the instructor over the tracks.
It was pretty disappointing because it seemed like it was going to be a great workout, and I was looking forward to training with Marq.
After I gave up on Full Body Tabata Challenge, my toddler lost her mind and the witching hour for all my kids was in full swing. When I got everyone tucked in and could get back to Aaptiv, I wasn’t feeling quite so ambitious.
I ended up choosing Semi Charmed Kinda Lift with Rochelle. Rochelle’s workouts are always difficult and rewarding. I was also hoping the title meant that there would be some Third Eye Blind in the mix.
The music was awesome: all 90’s rock. The workout was solid. We started with a quick warmup of jumping jacks and high knees. Then we did bicep curls, presses, rows, push ups, and lateral raises.
Rochelle is a consistently great trainer. I think she would be a good spin instructor. I can imagine her yelling at me to spin faster while I peddled until I puked. All in a good way of course.
My arms are much firmer than when I began this review. The dreaded flab that sways in the wind when my arm is extended is looking much better. I have some visible muscle now and am feeling stronger.
I hope some of you join me in trying Aaptiv. You have nothing to lose except your bad mood and some extra pounds.
